I’m tired of all the folks out there that are wasting their hard earned dollars eating out every day.

Think about it.

$6 for a Chicken Bento.

Times that by 5 days week. Times that by 4 weeks.  What did you get?

That’s $120 a month on just lunch.  Are you kidding me?  I made today’s Chipotle lunch last night.   I saved on calories, fat (since I used 99% fat free chicken breast) and sodium.

Tips for your Homemade Chipotle:

  • buy reduced sodium black beans (use sparingly)
  • buy your chicken by bulk at Costco
  • get creative.  I used Walden farms no carb spicy BBQ for some zing.
  • use no salt added spices! Keeps me feeling less bloated!
  • add an avocado for healthy fats!
  • use fresh herbs like cilantro or just buy some Pico Di Gallo!

Homemade Chipotle

Now I can’t wait to get started on getting cut for next summer!
