I’m craving Indian food!!  Healthy Indian food that is!  Every week I will be posting a new Healthy Indian Recipe.  Where to start today?   Chai tea?  Whole wheat Roti?  I just bought some organic pumpkin along with coconut and almond milk.  Let’s see what I come up with!!!!

So the last time I went on a “cut” diet, I eliminated Splenda (sucrolose) almost completely…. and now I’m curious.  What kind of changes will my body endure on and off these sweeteners that have raised so many questions over the years.   I’m going to go on a three week study!  Yes, the first week I’m going to use only Splenda as my sweetener, the following week it will be Stevia, and the last week (this will be quite hard) I will eliminate all sweeteners combined.  I want to document the change in my mood, calories, weight, body fat..ect ect.
What do you think will happen to me? Tun tun tun.  To be continued….

I just found this recipe last night!  Can’t wait to try it!
