My Healthy Asian Chicken Nachos!


wonton wrappers

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

chopped green onions (garnish)

1 medium sized chicken breast fillet, cooked and sliced (or shredded)


1 cup cooked BLACK Rice ( brown rice works just fine)

1 Tb Canola Oil

1 tsp minced garlic

dash of hot sauce

1/8 tsp salt



1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tb. wasabi cream

1 medium sized light sour cream

1 tsp. minced garlic

squeeze of lime


1. Cook rice

2.  For the sauce, combine wasabi cream and sour cream. Mix well in seperate bowl.

3. preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place wontons on a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray. Put cookie sheet in oven for 3-5 minutes, maybe less depending on your oven. Don’t burn the wontons!

4. Place wontons aside.

5. Top wontons with sliced chicken, sauce and mozzarella cheese.

6. Melt the cheese in the oven. about 2-5 minutes.

7. Garnish with chopped green onions and cooked black rice.





So… I was inspired to bake cookies…Healthy no sugar and no oil added cookies. There’s maybe a tiny bit from the Cocoa nibs, but not much since I added about 3 nibs per cookie… Make this and tell me what you think. Here’s the recipe. It makes 8 Silver Dollar sized cookies.


  • 3/4 cup almond meal (Trader Joe’s)
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of baking powder
  • 1/8 cup Cookie Dough Davinci Syrup (Sugar Free!)
  • 1-2 tb. Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • Trader Joes Dark Chocolate covered Cocoa Nibs

Directions: Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together except for the cocoa nibs. Roll dough into balls and the press them down to make round disks.  Place 3-4 cocoa nibs on top of each cookie.  Place on cookie sheet and bake 5-10 min. Wadthe!!!! (Voila!)

This recipe only makes 8 small cookies because if I make more I’m worried that I will eat the whole batch..hehe!

What Sugar Free and no added oils???


Dave’s Killer Bread and Columbus reduced sodium deli turkey!  Yummy!


All you need is:

2 scoops Max Lean Protein
1/2 cup no sugar added 45 calorie coconut milk


Stir ingredients up in a bowl then freeze overnight.   Pull it out of the freezer and enjoy!

You can use any of the three flavors: chocolate mousse, vanilla or strawberry!  Keep in mind other powders will not make ice cream consistency!

This is low in sugar, fat and calories!!   Use as a snack!


All you need is: 1 scoop High 5 Banana Pineapple Max Muscle protein powder, 1 Scoop Max Muscle Green Synergy, 1/2 cup ice and 1/2 cup water.

Blend in your blender and “wadthe” lol…
